Licence Manager - your new online application processing system launches today (14/02/2011):

From Monday 14 February, you will see a fantastic new back-office system that makes licensing production music really easy.

Licence Manager benefits from a clean design and straightforward navigation. The interface has been re-designed with you in mind and the improved functionality means that you can license music tracks and sound effects in three easy steps. There's also a quote engine that you can use for budgeting purposes.

And, when you're ready to turn your quote into an active application, all the forms will be automatically populated with the information that you've supplied during the quote stage, including contact and invoicing details. To use the new system, you will need to activate your account.

• Log-in using your current user id at https://musicshop.prsformusic.com/lmgr
• Create a new password. Choose a password that contains at least seven characters and include at least one non-alphanumeric character (e.g. *?-%#).
• Supply a memorable question and answer.
