The Independent Production Company Blanket Licence (IPC) came into effect on 1 August 2007 and superseded the individual clearances formerly available for TV programmes through the MCPS/PRS For Music in the UK. You can License Quest Worldwide Production Music (QWPM) audio via the IPC scheme easily in the UK through the PRS For Music. Please see the following URL’s:
